The electroplating of faucets is to increase the surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of products, thereby making faucets more aesthetically pleasing and durable.The electroplating level of Zhongou Company has reached the forefront of its peers. The company has selected equipment and professional personnel.
The electroplating process mainly consists of the following four steps:
1. Polishing and strict testing ensure that the surface is clean, smooth, and flawless;
2. Acid wash the faucet to remove oxides and attachments on the copper surface, in order to improve the adhesion and quality of the electroplating layer;
3. Adopting advanced chrome plating technology, different electroplating parameters are set for faucets of different sizes and shapes to ensure the uniformity and quality of the substrate. The current coating is generally 8 microns or more for nickel housing and 0.3-0.5 microns for chromium coating.
4. Strictly inspect and confirm that the product quality meets the requirements before packaging.
