The cooperation process is divided into five parts, including understanding customers, understanding basic information
of customers, inviting customers to visit the company, negotiate strategic cooperation, and formulating strategic cooperation plans.
 

Know Your Customer

1. Exhibition. The company participates in some well-known sanitary ware exhibitions every year, such as Canton Fair, Shanghai Sanitary Exhibition, Frankfurt or Milan Sanitary Exhibition, etc.;
2. Network platform. THE COMPANY USES GOOGLE, AMAZON, ALIBABA, ETC. TO OBTAIN VALUABLE CUSTOMER RESOURCES, WHILE PROMOTING PRODUCTS AND ENHANCING THE COMPANY'S STRENGTH;
3. Have offices or directly operated stores at home and abroad. It is convenient to know customers and do a good job in after-sales service.

Understand basic customer information

1. Company name;
2. The nature of the company (OEM, traders, wholesalers, real estate developers, bathroom factories);
3. The location of the company. In order to protect the interests of dealers, Jinzhou will not find a second dealer at the location of the customer who signed the contract;
4. URL, payment method.

Invite customers to visit the company

1. Send invitation letters;
2. Ask the customer for the specific time to come to the company, so as to book a room for the customer;
3. Send drivers to the airport to pick up customers;
4. Order meals according to the customer's customs and preferences.

Negotiate strategic cooperation

1. Annual purchase volume of customers;
2. Whether it is an OEM partner;
3. Learn more about the customer's main products;
4. Quality, price, transportation, payment method.

Develop a strategic cooperation plan

Based on good trust, the two sides consider long-term development strategy, friendly consultation, based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and complementary advantages, around expanding the sanitary ware market and expanding bilateral trade, formulate a strategic cooperation plan.
